What is this?
Join the Boulder Moms Demand Action group to honor survivors of gun violence during this national weekend of activism. Put on your orange (or not! Orange is not a requirement) and come have a drink, write cards to survivors of gun violence, and connect with other community members. Kids welcome! We will have activities for them, too. For more information about Wear Orange, click here:
https://wearorange.org/about/
There's also a Saturday, June 3rd, 9am event in Louisville Community Park:
We will begin with a moving meditation, then hear from survivor speakers before breaking off to do chalk art in our neighborhoods, recognizing the impact of gun violence in our communities and the importance of fighting for a better future.
