LWV of Boulder County Wants You!

About Membership

The League of Women Voters of Boulder County (LWVBC), a non-profit organization, relies on partially tax-deductible membership dues, tax-deductible donations, and volunteers to provide critical civic engagement services in our community.

League of Women Voters membership operates on three levels. When you are a member of LWV of Boulder County (LWVBC) you are automatically a member of LWV of Colorado (LWVCO) and LWV of the United States (LWVUS). On all levels, the League is a vibrant, women-led organization with effective policy advocacy strategies.

Top Five Reasons Why You Should Join League:

  1. League enables you to take action on critical policy issues at the local, state and national levels.
  2. League provides thoughtful, well-researched, non-partisan policy positions.
  3. League focuses on core democratic issues that many other organizations don’t have the time to address.
  4. League provides volunteer opportunities at whatever level you’re comfortable with, for the time you have available.
  5. League is open to all community residents, and works for the full democratic rights of all people.
