Attention Grocery Shoppers!
Did you know you can help the LWVBC with your every-day grocery purchases?
As we all get ready for the busy holiday season, this is a friendly reminder to take advantage of the King Soopers and Safeway programs that benefit LWVBC!
King Soopers Shoppers:
King Soopers has a great program called Community Rewards. With this program, there is no extra "card" required -- it's linked to your account - the same one you use when you input your phone number (or alternate ID) at the checkout.
You must have an online account to designate LWVBC to receive donations from your purchases. Once you have an online account, follow these simple instructions:
- Log in to your King Soopers Account at www.kingsoopers.com
- Go to the “My Account” section
- In the left-hand column, click on “Community Rewards”
- Search for "League of Women Voters of Boulder County" (or Organization number FQ065)
- Enroll
The process is similar on the phone app. Click on the "person" in the upper left hand corner to get to "My Account." Look for Community Rewards under "Payments & Services." Use the steps above to designate LWVBC to receive your rewards.
Safeway Shoppers:
Safeway still uses the gift card to get rewards to participating organizations. In order to benefit LWVBC, you must have a gift card from us, load money onto it, and use it at the checkout when you shop.
